4. How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 60 minutes, but times may vary based on your location and traffic. You will receive updates on the estimated time of arrival.
5. Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Yes, the person who placed the order must be present at the delivery address to receive the products. Be ready to meet our driver at their vehicle.
6. What if I’m a first-time customer?
First-time customers will need to provide a valid ID and a selfie holding the ID for verification before placing their first order.
7. Can I return or exchange products?
